Customer Care Representative

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Care Representative to join our this role you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

$15-$22 per hour

Your primary duties will include:

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a professional and courteous manner.
• Assisting customers with product information order status and troubleshooting.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
• Following up with customers to ensure their needs are met and gather feedback on our services.
• Staying informed about product updates and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills a positive attitude and a passion for helping others. Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
