We are looking for new Customer AccountSpecialists to support our growing business and growing our Customer Account Specialist you will;Coordinate customer accounts and detailed job plansManage production schedules order updates and timelinesReview purchase orders and support order entryPartner with manufacturing teams on materials and schedulingCommunicate customer expectations and project updatesSupport Sales with pricing estimates and RFP requestsHelp drive quality accuracy and process improvementsWhat You Bring;2 years of customer service or account coordination experiencePrior administrative experience in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and follow-up skillsAbility to manage customer expectations and resolve issuesExcellent organization and attention to detailComputer proficiency including Microsoft Office and Google WorkspacePrinting publishing manufacturing or fulfillment experience preferred
