POSITION: Custodian
RATE OF PAY: According to contract
BENEFITS: Full Healthcare Benefits (after 90 days)
LOCATION/HOURS: Stockbridge Community Schools / Afternoon Shift 2-10pm

QUALIFICATIONS:
1) High school diploma required
2) Valid Michigan drivers license
3) Must be able to periodically lift up to 50 pounds
4) Must relate well with students staff and community
5) Must be able to follow oral and written directions

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Strives constantly to promote the safety health and comfort of the students and employees.
2) Keeps building and premises neat and clean at all times.
3) Shovels plows and/or sands walks driveways parking areas and steps as appropriate.
4) Checks to ensure that all exit doors are open and all panic bolts are working properly.
5) Sweeps hallways and cafeteria daily and dusts furniture.
6) Cleans areas each day as conditions require.
7) Cleans and disinfects toilets daily and cleans all sanitary fixtures and drinking fountains daily.
8) Washes all windows on both the inside and outside monthly and more frequently if necessary.
9) Keeps the grounds free from rubbish.
10) Punctual reliable and predictable attendance is required
11) Other duties as assigned.
