Position Overview
We are currently seeking reliable and detail-oriented Custodians to join our team at the AESC Battery Plant. This is a full-time temp-to-hire opportunity for individuals who take pride in maintaining a clean safe and organized work environment.
Schedule & Shifts Available
Position 1:
- 3rd Shift: Monday Friday
- 10:00 PM 6:30 AM
- Weekends as needed
Position 2:
- 3rd Shift: Friday Sunday
- 6:00 PM 6:30 AM
- Every other Thursday
Pay Rate
- $14.50 per hour
- No shift premium
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping mopping dusting and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms break rooms and common areas
- Empty trash and recycling containers and dispose of waste properly
- Maintain cleanliness of floors and surfaces in industrial areas
- Replenish supplies such as soap paper towels and toilet paper
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Report maintenance or safety issues to management
Qualifications
- Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to stand walk bend and lift during shift
PPE & Dress Code
- Standard PPE required (details provided on-site)
- Standard work attire required
