Custodian, Part Time

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Cleans and maintains all cigarette butt urns on College property. (Outside duty).
• Stocks all paper and hand cleaning products dispenser in restrooms.
• Cleans and sanitizes all fixtures partitions and wall areas sweep and mop in restrooms daily.
• Sweeps and maintains entryways and outdoor lounge areas.
• Maintains all internal and external trash receptacles outside classrooms.
• Maintains the student commons free of all trash and spills also clean tabletops chairs and booths.
• Cleans door window glass and frequently touched vertical surfaces daily.
• Maintains community rooms and/or meeting setup.
• Light maintenance as needed based on skill set.
• All other duties as assigned.

Hourly Rate: Starting at $17.00/hour

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicant must be punctual dependable and trustworthy.
