Job Summary
MATERIALS If selected you will be contacted to take a district proficiency test. Please read attached job have a valid CA drivers AND ABILITIES:KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:Requires a basic knowledge of the methods materials tools and equipment used in custodial care and routinefacilities a basic knowledge of work hazards and safe work techniques including lifting some knowledge of chemical reactions and proper safety precautions for basic knowledge of building and plumbing sufficient reading and writing ability to read work instructions and document work activity ontostandardized sufficient human relations skill to exercise courtesy when dealing with others. ABILITY TO:Requires the ability to observe all safety precautions and the ability to perform routine maintenance tasks and to determine when to refer more complexmaintenance requirements to a supervisorRequires the ability to operate and maintain tools and the ability to follow oral and written the ability to work independently and the ability to adhere to schedules and to meet the ability to learn and apply District policies and procedures within a reasonable period of the ability to obtain materials require the ability to perform work assignments on varying strenuous physical duties including lifting and carrying.
