-Position:Custodian - Mobile Workforce Tech 1

-Schedule/Different shifts to select from:

-Monday to Friday 6:00 AM 2:30 PM

-Monday to Friday 12:00 PM 8:30 PM

-Monday to Friday 4:00 PM 12:30 AM

-Sunday Monday Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday 12:00 PM 10:00 PM

-Tuesday Wednesday Thursday and Friday 12:00 PM 10:00 PM

-Hourly rate:$19.00

-Key Responsibilities:

Clean sweep dust mop and vacuum interiors of commercial buildings.

Utilize specialized equipment such as leaf blowers pressure wash buffers floor scrubbers ride-behind ride-on machine trash compactor and baler machine.

Maintain cleanliness in office settings garages and warehouses.

Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.

Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and thorough cleaning.

Travel to different locations as required

-Skills and Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Previous custodial or cleaning experience preferred.

Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.

Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.

Good communication in English and teamwork skills.

Physically capable of carrying lifting pushing pulling a minimum of 25 pounds to 50 pounds standing for extended periods be able to work in all weather conditions and performing tasks such as stretching kneeling bending crawling climbing and pressing.
