Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable Part-Time Facilities Support Associate to assist with the day-to-day upkeep of a corporate headquarters environment within a logistics organization. This role focuses on maintaining a clean organized and professional office setting through light facilities support tasks. It is not a heavy custodial or industrial cleaning position.

This is a steady low-complexity role ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping a professional workspace tidy and well-maintained.


Schedule

  • Part-time: 25 hours per week
  • Schedule can be discussed (some flexibility available during standard business hours)


Core Responsibilities

  • Remove trash and recycling from office areas conference rooms and common spaces
  • Replace liners and ensure waste receptacles are clean and properly maintained
  • Wipe down accessible surfaces including desks tables countertops and shared work areas
  • Clean easily reachable glass surfaces (entry doors interior glass partitions)
  • Replenish restroom supplies (paper towels toilet paper soap etc.)
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of breakrooms kitchens and shared spaces
  • Perform routine walkthroughs of the facility to ensure a neat professional appearance
  • Report any maintenance issues supply needs or facility concerns to site leadership


What This Role Does NOT Include

  • No deep cleaning or heavy custodial sanitation work
  • No floor stripping waxing or machine-based cleaning
  • No hazardous cleaning or industrial chemical handling
  • No janitorial crew-style cleaning of large facilities


Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in office cleaning facilities support maintenance assistant or similar roles is helpful but not required
  • Light mechanical or handyman aptitude is a strong plus (basic repairs noticing issues replacing small items etc.)
  • Comfortable working independently and managing a routine checklist
  • Reliable detail-oriented and professional in appearance and demeanor
