Custodian Job Description: To serve the church/school by providing custodial services to the church/school buildings. This position currently reports to the Facilities of employee: Daily Activities for Classrooms Cafeteria Gym Trailers & School Officeo Vacuum & Mop floors- dailyo Empty trash- dailyo Dusting- as neededo Windows- as needed Daily Activities for Libraryo Dusting- as neededo Vacuum- dailyo Empty trash- dailyDaily Activities for Main Hallwayo Vacuum & mop floors- dailyo Dusting- as neededo Windows- as neededDaily Activities for bathrooms: Main Workroom Hallway Downstairs Lisa Room Alex Roomo Mop floors- dailyo Empty trash- dailyo Clean/disinfect toilets- dailyo Replace paper products- dailyQualifications: Hold a minimum of a high school diploma or Graduate Equivalent Degree (GED)Be at least 18 years of age. Must have a valid drivers license and reliable candidates must complete and pass the required BCI II/FBI background DemandsWhile performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to stand walk and use their hands stoop kneel or crouch. The employee must frequently lift and or move up to 50 pounds.
