Purpose Scope & Dimension of Job: Provide attractive sanitary and safe facilities to support the strategic objectives of MCC . Perform assignments in a safe efficient effective and professional manner Measure and continuously improve quality and benchmark standards and practices against industry leaders. Develop close positive communications with departments and occupants Supervisory Responsibility: None
Minimum Requirements
Minimum Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities: High school diploma or GED . Ability to read write and follow oral/written directions. Possess manual dexterity to mop scrub operate equipment and climb. Must possess desire to perform manual labor. Must be able to work first second and/or third shift. Knowledge of methods materials and equipment used in custodial work. Safe work practices. Ability to learn to use a variety of custodial equipment supplies and materials. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and their interaction. Ability to work effectively with a team. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Establish and maintain effective relationships with those contacted in the course of work. Work independently in the absence of supervision.
Work Schedule
Second shift 2:30pm-11pm Monday through Friday.
