Job Summary
Marine Corps Community Services (MCCS) is looking for the best and brightest to join our Team! MCCS is a comprehensive program that supports and enhances the quality of life for Marines their families and others in the Marine Corps Community. What to Expect:
Performs custodial services across multiple Onslow Beach outdoor amenities including beach access points bath houses pavilions gazebos dog parks and designated roadside areas assigned.
Restocks toilet paper sanitary bags soap deodorizers urinal screens detergents dryer sheets and other supplies as needed.
Regularly collects and removes trash litter and debris from outdoor locations across Onslow Beach including parking areas beach access points roadside pull-offs pavilions shaded structures and recreational spaces.
Inspects facilities and equipment for leaks damage or safety hazards and promptly reports issues to maintenance or management.
Exerts moderately heavy physical effort in controlling heavy equipment carrying and setting up ladders and scaffolds and working from ladders and scaffolds.
Lifts and carries objects up to 45 lbs independently and objects over 45 lbs with assistance.
Other similiar custodial duties may be assigned.

EVALUATIONS:
What are we looking for
Knowledge and skill sufficient to read signs follow simple oral and written instructions.
Ability to work safely while moving lightweight objects.
Ability to use powered equipment and perform minor maintenance on this equipment.
Ability to learn Material Safety Data Sheets.
Must possess and maintain a valid drivers license to operate company vehicles.
