Job Summary
The IT Infrastructure Lead is responsible for the design implementation maintenance security and performance of the organizations IT infrastructure and technology environment. This position provides technical leadership for servers networks cloud services systems endpoints and infrastructure-related applications while ensuring reliable secure and scalable technology operations. The IT Infrastructure Lead leads infrastructure projects manages system upgrades and integrations monitors performance troubleshoots complex technical issues and coordinates with internal teams and external technology vendors. This role also establishes and maintains infrastructure standards security practices documentation backup and disaster recovery processes and business continuity capabilities.
