The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining CT scanning equipment ensuring high-quality imaging and patient safety. Key duties include preparing and positioning patients conducting and analyzing scans and adhering to radiation safety protocols. The CT Tech will also be responsible for equipment calibration quality assurance and compliance with California Department of Public Health (CA DPH) regulations. Excellent communication skills and a commitment to patient care are essential along with maintaining active licensure and ongoing Tech Summary of Job Responsibilities:CT Techs must be able to operate and maintain CT scanning equipment ensuring functionality and and position patients ensuring their comfort and explaining and analyze CT scans ensuring image quality and to radiation safety protocols and minimize exposure Techs need to ensure in quality assurance equipment calibration and regulatory patients and provide post-scan Techs are responsible for their compliance with CA DPH regulations and maintain licensure and training :Minimum one year experience as a CT technologist in a Degree or Bachelor Degree in Radiologic Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) (R)(CT).California Dept. of Public Health (CRT).California Dept. of Public Health Fluoroscopy of Continuing Education Units (CEUs) if CPR Card issued by American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red have proof of MMR Varicella vaccinations or have Proof of TB/PPD or Chest X-ray within the past 12 Annual Health have flexible schedule due to shift Temp Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employer and values diversity in the workplace.
