Were looking for a Client Service Representative (CSR) who will be the warm welcoming face and friendly voice of our veterinary this role youll play a vital part in creating positive experiences for both pets and their people from the first phone call to the final farewell at checkout.

Youll wear many hats throughout the day including:

• Answering a high volume of incoming calls with professionalism and compassion

• Scheduling and confirming appointments

• Handling prescription requests (in person over the phone and via fax)

• Updating electronic patient records and uploading medical files/images

• Checking in/out patients and managing payments

• Collaborating with doctors and technicians to support client needs

• Educating pet owners about our products services and wellness plans
