Aligned Talent Acquisition is recruiting for an experienced Crypto & Technology Transactions Associate Attorney opportunity with a leading Am Law 50 firm in Dallas.

This is an exciting opportunity for a transactional attorney interested in sophisticated matters involving digital assets blockchain technology fintech emerging technologies and complex commercial technology transactions.

26 years of technology transactions digital assets fintech corporate or related transactional experience

Experience advising clients on cryptocurrency blockchain digital assets fintech or other emerging technology matters

Experience drafting and negotiating sophisticated technology licensing SaaS cloud services data development and commercial agreements

Experience supporting corporate transactions involving technology companies digital assets intellectual property or emerging technologies

Experience advising startups technology companies financial institutions investors or other sophisticated clients

Familiarity with the evolving regulatory and commercial landscape surrounding digital assets and blockchain technologies is a plus

Ability to manage multiple sophisticated matters in a fast-paced environment

Strong drafting negotiation analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent client service and communication skills

Strong academic credentials

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required

Texas bar admission required or ability to become admitted
