- Minimum of aBachelors degree plus 11(eleven) years of relevant experience or a Masters degree plus 9 (nine) year of relevant experience or a Doctoral degree plus 7 (seven) years of relevant experience. An Associates degree plus 13 (thirteen)years of relevant experience may be considered for individuals with in-depth experience that is clearly related to the position.
- Degree must be in Computer Science Computer Engineering Electrical Engineering Mathematics (including Applied Math); or a related field (i.e. other Engineering or Math) with at least one programming and at least 4 (four) upper-level math classes (Calculus and above).
- Relevant experience must be in a computer science area (i.e. theoretical or applied)
designing/developing/using/evaluating mathematic models methods and/or techniques (e.g. algorithm development) to study issues and solve problems engineering (electrical or computer) and/or high performance computing.
Compensation Range: $76000- $167000
Compensation ranges encompass a total compensation package and are a general guideline only and not intended as a guaranteed and/or implied final compensation or salary for this job opening. Determination of official compensation or salary relies on several different factors including but not limited to: level of position complexity of job responsibilities geographic location candidates scope of relevant work experience educational background certifications contract-specific affordability organizational requirements and alignment with local market data.
