Essential Anesthesia Management is seeking a service-oriented Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at Ardent Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa OK. Position Highlights: Exceptional compensation: $300K base 1099 Additional pay for OB shifts post-call and hours beyond 40/week Earning potential up to $350K Sign-On Bonus Offered Student stipend up to 1 year before starting! Diverse high-acuity case mix: General Urology Orthopedic GYN Major Burn Center Minimal Peds Hepatobiliary Vascular EP Labs Neuro Spine/Brain Complex OB and Neonatal Surgery. Perform at the top of your license: CRNAs perform their own neuraxial blocks and lines. Strong emphasis on ERAS and regional anesthesia. Competitive call schedule: Shared among 18 CRNAs with an average of 24 calls per month more available by request. Daily CRNA coverage: 1820 CRNAs onsite covering 24 active anesthesia locations each day. Collaborative experienced team: 25 full-time/part-time CRNAs 4 general Anesthesiologists daily 4 CV Anesthesiologists and student Nurse Anesthetists.
