Independently licensed in the State of Massachusetts (LMHC LMFT LICSW or Psychologist)
Minimum of a masters degree in mental health
Malpractice and Professional Liability Insurance coverage of $1000000/$3000000
Willing to complete R3Cs DEM crisis response training or proof of approved CIR training.
