This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated physician to join a closed ICU team defined by a supportive culture and a stable environment with limited turnover. You will work alongside a collaborative group of colleagues who value team camaraderie and are fully prepared to provide mentorship and training for advanced bedside procedures to ensure your success within the practice.

• Join an established team of 5 physicians and 6APPs
• Practice setting: Closed ICU
• Employed position within a nonprofit health system
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Critical Care Medicine
• Fellowship training in Critical Care or Pulmonary/Critical Care
• Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration
• Deliver comprehensive critical care through daily bedside rounds and total-system evaluations ensuring every clinical psycho-social and ethical need of the patient is addressed
• Perform life-saving interventions and advanced bedside procedures including complex catheter placements and airway management to stabilize and support patients in their most vulnerable moments

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Maryland Board of Physicians obtained prior to hire date or
  job transfer date required.
• Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
