Description
Primary Responsibilities
- Support the Coating Operator with thermocleaning baking blasting and coating processes.
- Follow all safety and standard operating procedures to ensure safe and quality operations.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to maintain smooth production flow.
Job Duties
- Set up and adjust equipment based on work orders.
- Perform in-process quality checks during production.
- Report any irregularities or issues to supervisors promptly.
- Maintain documentation and production reports as required.
- Perform other duties as directed by supervisors or their designees.
Education and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1 to 3 years of related experience preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot.
- Prior coating sandblasting and crane operation experience is a plus.
- Willingness to work overtime weekends and holidays as needed.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
