Open Positions & Compensation:
1. CREW MEMBER
- Pay: $15.00/hour tips (Tips average an additional $2$3/hour!)
- Role Overview: Crew Members work together to deliver a high-quality guest experience. You will roll bake and serve our world-famous products in a fast fun and friendly environment.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare bake and serve fresh pretzels and specialty beverage products.
- Greet customers warmly and take orders with speed accuracy and enthusiasm.
- Maintain a clean sanitized and welcoming storefront and kitchen area.
- Requirement: Must be 16 years of age or older.
2. SHIFT LEADER
- Pay: $16.50/hour tips (Tips average an additional $2$3/hour!)
- Role Overview: Shift Leaders direct daily restaurant operations in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Manager. You will lead by example to maintain the highest standards of food quality guest service cleanliness and workplace safety.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee team performance monitor employee breaks and manage shift scheduling/overtime.
- Assist in training coaching and welcoming new crew members.
- Ensure product quality and excellent customer service remain consistent all day.
- Handle basic shift-reporting and cash-drawer management.
- Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older.
3. ASSISTANT MANAGER
- Pay: $18.50/hour tips (Tips average an additional $2$3/hour!)
- Role Overview: In cooperation with or in the absence of the Store Manager the Assistant Manager is responsible for the overall supervision and operation of the store with particular emphasis on maintaining Auntie Annes Three-Fold Philosophy and achieving maximum profitability.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily shifts manage stock/inventory and work towards store performance goals.
- Recruit onboard and train new crew members and shift leaders.
- Make dough and pretzels from scratch alongside the team while ensuring total customer satisfaction.
- Maintain strict health safety and security standards at all times.
- Requirements:
- Management experience in a retail restaurant or other fast-paced environment.
- A valid drivers license.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings.
