No restaurant experience is required. Well teach you what you need to know. What matters most to us is showing up ready to work treating customers and teammates well and being willing to learn.

As a Crew Member youll learn different parts of running a Jersey Mikes restaurant while working alongside a supportive team.

Youll help:

• Greet customers and provide friendly genuine service

• Take orders and operate the register

• Prepare subs and other menu items

• Restock and keep the restaurant organized

• Wash dishes and maintain a clean work environment

• Work together with your teammates during busy periods

• Learn new positions as you complete training and certifications

Everyone on our team helps wherever needed. Some shifts get busy and we count on each other to show up work together and take care of our customers.

Base pay ranges from $11.50$13.00 per hour plus tips based on experience availability training and certifications.

Our team members currently average approximately $3.50 per hour in tips bringing estimated total hourly earnings to approximately $15.00$16.50 per hour when average tips are included.

As you learn more positions complete certifications and demonstrate that youre a dependable member of the team youll have opportunities to earn additional pay and take on more responsibility.
