Crew Member

This is a full-time on-site position in the restaurants industry offering a great opportunity for entry-level candidates to build a career in a fast-paced food service environment.

As a Crew Member you will play an essential role in daily restaurant operations delivering excellent service to every guest and supporting your team to keep things running smoothly. This position is ideal for individuals who are dependable energetic and eager to learn with plenty of room to grow within our organization.

We offer a competitive hourly pay range of $17 - $22 USD along with a supportive team atmosphere and hands-on training to help you succeed from day one.

• Greet guests warmly and provide friendly attentive service
• Take customer orders accurately and process payments
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and dining areas
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Restock supplies and ingredients throughout shifts
• Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure timely service
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
• Address customer questions and concerns professionally
• Support the Human Resources Manager with daily operational tasks
• Report equipment issues or safety hazards to supervisors promptly
• Participate in ongoing training and team meetings

• No prior experience required; entry-level candidates welcome
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Bear
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
• Willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Basic math skills for handling orders and payments
