As a Janitorial Crew Leader youll lead and coordinate the daily activities of a janitorial crew assign work monitor performance conduct quality inspections train employees maintain schedules and records manage supplies and equipment and ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently. The role also includes performing custodial duties as needed and partnering with management to address operational needs and continuous improvement efforts.
In this role youll consistently deliver high-quality cleaning services maintain safety and compliance standards support a productive and engaged team resolve issues proactively and ensure all work is completed on schedule and to contract requirements.
Were looking for a dependable leader with strong communication and interpersonal skills who can motivate others solve problems effectively and lead by example. The ideal candidate is organized detail-oriented customer-focused and comfortable balancing supervisory responsibilities with hands-on custodial work.
A valid drivers license (Real ID) with an insurable driving record is required along with basic computer and math skills and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds bend kneel and work from a 6-foot ladder. Janitorial experience and prior supervisory experience in a custodial facilities or work-crew environment are preferred. A high school diploma or GED is a plus but not required.
