What Youll Do

As Crew Lead youll oversee daily grounds maintenance operations while working alongside your team to maintain beautiful safe and functional properties. From landscaping and equipment maintenance to snow removal and project coordination your leadership will keep operations running smoothly year-round.

This role combines hands-on outdoor work with team supervision making it ideal for a motivated leader who enjoys both managing people and delivering exceptional results.

What Were Looking For

Were seeking a skilled professional with:

• At least five years of grounds maintenance experience
• Two or more years of supervisory experience
• A valid Virginia drivers license with an insurable driving record
• Strong leadership communication and problem-solving abilities
