I work primarily with Am Law 50 100 and 200 firms but I also frequently partner with small and midsize firms respected regional firms and sophisticated boutiques across multiple markets.

• Representing commercial lenders creditors banks and financial institutions.

• Handling commercial collections loan defaults and judgment enforcement.

• Experience with foreclosures receiverships or secured transactions disputes.

• Drafting pleadings dispositive motions and settlement agreements.

• Negotiating resolutions and managing creditor-related litigation.

Not currently practicing at an Am Law firm Id still love to hear from you! Relevant experience at regional and boutique firms is welcome.
