Job Summary

Credit Analyst

Growing team looking for a Credit Analyst with banking or financial expertise! The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of credit-related experience in a banking or financial services environment and experience with Bukers TaxAnalysisTM.

Credit Analyst Requirements:

Bachelors degree plus specialized coursework and training; advanced business degree preferred
Minimum 3-5 years of credit-related experience in a banking or financial services environment
Credit Analyst must have experience with Bukers TaxAnalysisTM
Strong working knowledge of accounting credit analysis as well as loan and mortgage documentation
Expert knowledge of commercial credit analysis including the ability to analyze repayment sources evaluate risk and determine collateral values
Strong grasp of accounting concepts and familiarity with balance sheet and income statement analysis

Credit Analyst Responsibilities:

Credit Analyst will handle financial analysis and recommend appropriate credit structure on complex credit relationships.

Analyze annual financial statements and reports on changes in financial condition for existing relationships.
New commercial real estate loans pulling credit preparing estoppels and subordination agreements to coordinate loan closings.
Prepare and distribute a variety of recurring reports for use in the administration of the commercial loan portfolio.
Assist in preparing loan packages for Officers SCC and EC committee meetings.
Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with prescribed regulatory compliance guidelines.
