Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services (LBAPS) is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Credentialing Specialist to join our growing team. This role is essential in ensuring providers remain fully credentialed compliant and prepared to deliver high-quality services across multiple networks and systems. We are looking for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage deadlines documentation and cross-department coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage provider credentialing recredentialing and enrollment processes
- Track renewals expirations and compliance documentation
- Maintain accurate provider records and credentialing databases
- Coordinate with clinical billing and administrative teams to ensure smooth onboarding and network participation
- Communicate with insurance companies and provider portals regarding application status and updates
- Ensure all documentation meets organizational and payer requirements
Qualifications:
- Experience in credentialing healthcare administration medical billing or related healthcare operations preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and documentation requirements efficiently
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Proficiency with administrative systems spreadsheets and provider portals is a plus
