Job Summary
General Description:Responsible for maintaining the credentialing files for field talent in accordance with Supplemental Health Care and contract specific standards using Company core values of Integrity Candor Accountability Respect and Excellence. Essential Job Functions:Support Joint Commission and SHC standards to achieve and maintain 100% complianceProcess talent credentialing files in accordance with corporate policies and procedures and any relevant client requirements (primary source license verifications background/drug screenings etc.)Facilitate and track onboarding paperwork Review talent paperwork for accuracy and completenessCommunicate with all customers regarding the status of talent credentialing file and document Action Plan in TRMEscalate issues to leadership when appropriateMonitor and notify talent of upcoming expiration dates of required credentialing documentsMaintain and update credentialing records in SHC and client/VMS databases as requiredMeet targeted deadlines and start datesEstablish and maintain professional working relationships with field talent and all other customersMeet performance metrics as outlined by leadershipDemonstrate exemplary customer service to all external and internal customersDemonstrate ethical problem-solving skills Help to create an environment of high morale motivation and teamwork Perform other duties as assignedMinimum Skills Knowledge & Talents:Associates Degree and/or 2 years equivalent experience preferred Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to communicate effectively with field talent office personnel and clients (if applicable)Must have a working knowledge of computers and software systems including Microsoft Office products and the InternetMust be detail-oriented and highly organizedAbility to work effectively in a fast paced high volume to work independently and with other team membersAbility to organize and complete work in a timely mannerAbility to multi-taskAbility to communicate effectively with all levels of the organizationMust be able to work for prolonged periods of sitting typing and use of the phone and computerMust successfully complete onboarding training/tutorials and attend future webcasts/trainings as requiredEqual Opportunity Statement:We are greater when we are equal.
