Job Summary
The Role
As Creator Partnerships Coordinator at Linktree youll be the organizational engine behind the relationships that help us win with creators supporting outreach onboarding and the day-to-day operations that keep our creator partnerships running smoothly. Youll work alongside our partnerships team to keep pipelines organized creators supported and programs on track. Its a hands-on role with real exposure to the creator economy perfect for someone early in their career who loves bringing order to fast-moving work and building genuine relationships. Most of all youll help Linktree achieve our mission: to empower anyone to curate and grow their digital universe.
What Youll Own
- Identify trending Linkers by monitoring platform activity and external signals (social growth viral moments press) and flag them to the team for potential outreach or priority support
- Conduct creator outreach across all verticals and drive them through the onboarding pipeline independently with minimal oversight
- Walk partners through Linktree best practices helping them optimize their page setup link structure and overall presence to get the most out of the platform
- Manage glow ups (page improvements/refreshes) for priority partner Linktrees
- Set up demo accounts and make edits to priority partner targets on behalf of the CP team ensuring accounts are ready to support outreach and partner conversations
- Manage admin requests from top partners including but not limited to transferring ownership adding/removing admins and verifying accounts
- Troubleshoot report bugs from managed partners
What Youll Bring
- 3-4 years of experience at a talent agency or in a similar partner-facing/coordination role with some exposure to communicating with high-level talent and their teams
- Highly organized detail-oriented and reliable with follow-through
- A clear professional communicator with internal and external partners
- A genuine interest in creators and the creator economy
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments with a growth mindset.
- Able to work from our Los Angeles office on a hybrid basis.
Linktree is committed to providing a fair and competitive compensation package including cash equity and benefits. The base salary offered for this role is targeted at $83000 - $90000 for roles based in San Francisco and Los Angeles. Final offers depend on multiple factors including location experience expertise and role scope and may vary from the range listed.
