Duties/Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

As a Creative Services Producer youll be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge commercials and promotional spots for the Memphis TN market owning every exciting step from concept to completion. Youll bring your expertise in creative scripting shooting and non-linear editing to craft content that truly stands out while collaborating closely with our sales team to conceptualize write shoot and edit compelling commercials. This role is all about teamwork youll also partner with our marketing team on station promos and play an active role in all aspects of commercial production making your creative mark across the board!

Qualifications/Requirements

The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy creative with strong hands-on experience in the Adobe Creative Suite and exceptional camera and editing skills bonus points if youre familiar with DSLR equipment or DaVinci Resolve! Youre a natural communicator who can collaborate professionally and effectively with both internal WMC team members and external partners because great content is always a team effort. A college degree or equivalent experience is preferred and youll need a clean driving record and the flexibility to occasionally work weekends because great stories dont always happen Monday through Friday!
