Counterparty Onboarding Analyst

As a Counterparty Onboarding Analyst with Susquehanna you will be joining a growing team that partners with stakeholders throughout the firm to ensure our counterparties and vendors are onboard in accordance with regulatory and internal guidelines.

What youll do:

• Serve as a key point of contact for counterparties and vendors throughout the onboarding process
• Conduct KYC/CDD and EDD reviews including risk assessments sanctions PEP and adverse media screening across onboarding event-driven and periodic reviews
• Vet payment instructions for domestic and international wire transfers and EFTs across U.S. dollars and foreign currencies ensuring accuracy and timely completion
• Escalate issues according to procedures while owning the resolution and keeping management informed on progress
• Maintain accurate KYC records support transaction-related inquiries advise business stakeholders and assist with process improvements and other ad hoc projects

• 13 years of experience within a financial institution preferably in a KYC-related role with strong analytical skills and stakeholder coordination experience
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and translate findings into actionable recommendations
• Strong organizational written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
• Sound judgment professionalism and discretion with the self-motivation to work independently and take initiative
• Proficiency in Excel is required and familiarity with Fenergo is preferred
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university preferred
