Adelphoi is seeking a passionate Community Counselor to join our Family Relationship Coaching program in Bradford County. If you have a Bachelors in Psychology Social Work or a related field and want to make a difference in the lives of youth and families we want to hear from you!

What Youll Do

As a Community Counselor youll work alongside youth families caregivers and community partners to help strengthen family relationships and improve outcomes for children.

• Deliver prevention intervention and reintegration services to youth and families
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
• Provide supervision and oversight to parents and their children during family visits
• Mentor caregivers in parenting
• Respond to crises and maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with stakeholders and attend court hearings
• Uphold Trauma-Informed Care principles in all aspects of service delivery

What Youll Need

• Bachelors degree in a related field
• Strong communication and tech skills
• Valid drivers license and ability to travel
• Ability to work independently and manage working evenings and 1 weekend-day of your choosing per week
• Empathy active listening and critical thinking skills
