Job Summary

(BigLaw/Elite Boutique Preferred)

Experience: 710 years of transactional practice including 4 recent years focused on LIHTC/affordable housing transactions Current/recent law-firm experience required Must independently run LIHTC deals from structuring through closing Experience leading deal teams and supervising associates/paralegals

Technical: Deep LIHTC affordable-housing finance tax-credit structuring and multi-layered financing experience Draft/negotiate LPAs operating agreements financing documents acquisition/development documents Acquisitions dispositions JVs and development transactions Deal sheet demonstrating end-to-end ownership

Credentials/Location: Juris Doctor (JD) NY Bar or readily obtainable Buffalo MondayThursday Long-term commitment to Buffalo Periodic NYC travel

Strong Preferences

Meaningful-size law firm or sophisticated LIHTC/affordable-housing boutique Prior commercial real estate tax public finance or M&A experience Strong academics Leadership/mentoring experience Collaborative high-energy personality
