Summary: Cost Accountants for production facilities in Madison WI and Santa Ana CA.
Job Overview & Compensation
- Salary Range: $85000 - $90000 per year; $105k/year hard cap for allstar.
- Locations: Madison Wisconsin orSanta Ana California (On-site)
- Reports To: Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis
Key Responsibilities
- Cost Analysis: Develop and analyze standard costs for raw materials labor packaging and overhead.
- Inventory & Reporting: Support inventory valuation and prepare monthly cost and margin reports.
- Operations Partnering: Work with plant directors and local teams to drive efficiency and reduce costs.
- Budgeting: Assist with forecasting budgeting and variance analysis.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of cost accounting in Food Manufacturing.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
