As our part-time Cosmetology Instructor youll start your day connecting with students bringing energy to the classroom as you guide them through both theory and hands-on practice in hair skin and nails. Youll demonstrate techniques coach through challenges and celebrate their wins all while preparing them for success on the state board exam. Your positive mindset and solution-focused approach will keep students engaged and confident as you shape not just their skills but their futures.

To do this were looking for someone who meets the following qualifications:

• Valid cosmetology license and instructor license in Kansas
• 3 years of cosmetology industry experience (hair color chemical services nail and skin care)
• Strong communication and engagement skills
• Positive attitude collaborative skills and reliability
• Commitment to professionalism and company standards
