This role is for someone skilled in mens grooming hairstyling and nail care who takes pride in consistency hospitality and precision joining a premium brand built on the Golden Standard of service.

• Deliver precision haircuts styling beard grooming and color/camo treatments
• Perform luxury mens manicures pedicures and specialty hand & foot services
• Follow Hammer & Nails Golden Standard protocols for all services
• Provide a premium guest experience focused on relaxation and hospitality not speed
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in full compliance with Georgia Board standards
• Build long-term relationships with guests and promote memberships and retail offerings

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

• Georgia Cosmetology License (required)
• 1 years of professional experience in both hair and nail services
• Proficiency in cutting styling and grooming mens hair
• Skilled in manicures pedicures and mens specialty nail services
• Excellent communicator with a professional team-oriented attitude
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends

REQUIREMENTS

• Must hold a valid Georgia Master Cosmetology License
• Able to commute or relocate to Chamblee GA (30341)
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Compensation: Up to $40.00/hour (base pay commission); 100% of tips retained.

Benefits: Paid time off.
