Position Summary

Dhaka Technologies Limited Company (DTLC) is hiring a Corrugated Supervisor for the 2nd shift on behalf of our client a paper and packaging manufacturer in Middletown Ohio. The supervisor directly supervises one assigned shift of hourly employees producing corrugated board and is responsible for supervision direction and leadership in safety quality productivity and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily corrugated board production on the assigned shift including training planning work assignment and direction.
• Evaluate workforce performance reward and recognize good performance and carry out disciplinary action when required.
• Promote a safe work environment and a quality product.
• Build team engagement and resolve conflicts leading by example.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Two years of manufacturing experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications

• Corrugated industry background.
• Supervisory experience.
• Competencies: action oriented customer focused developing direct reports integrity and trust.
