Job Title:Corporate SustainabilityPrincipal Program Manager
Reports to:Senior Director CorporateSustainability
Department:Legal

Job Purpose:Reporting to the Corporate Sustainability this role will serveas programmanager for global sustainability initiatives across the companys operationsand supply chain to ensure alignment with corporate goals regulatory requirementsand stakeholder expectations.

Main Duties andResponsibilities:
Program Management
Establishand manage the global project management framework for corporate sustainabilityinitiatives.
Establishstandard project methodologies tools and processes to ensure consistentplanning and execution.
Manageprogram/project portfolios supporting resource allocation and trackingperformance to ensure timely delivery.
StrategicAlignment
Translatecorporate sustainability strategy into actionable project roadmaps with cleartimelines owners and KPIs.
Evaluateproject proposals for alignment with regulatory requirements climatecommitments and business priorities.
Quantifyand communicate outcomes of sustainability initiatives (e.g. cost savings riskmitigation compliance brand value).
Sustainability Management Systems
Lead therollout of a Sustainability Management System across global operations.
Defineand enforce standards and processes to embed Sustainability into core businessoperations.
Driveconsistency in metrics data collection and reporting across global sites tofacilitate reporting of sustainability data.
Ensureintegration with existing management systems including the EnvironmentalHealth & Safety management system to ensure seamless data flow andoperational alignment
Cross-functional Collaboration
Coordinateexecution with the finance legal facilities operations engineering supplychain and EHS to ensure alignment with corporate sustainability goals.
Engagewith external stakeholders including regulatory bodies auditors and industrygroups along with customer and suppliers to meet reporting and compliancerequirements.
Facilitateglobal collaboration enabling knowledge sharing and consistent practicesacross sites.
Data Management & Analysis
Developand implement systems for tracking sustainability data across all sites.
Analyzesustainability performance metrics/KPIs identify performance trends andgenerate actionable insights to guide decision making.
Developsustainability dashboards for leadership visibility and operationaltransparency.
Ensuredata accuracy and integrity to support reporting.
Sustainability Reporting & Compliance
Coordinatereporting across operations and geographies to meet regulatory andsustainability reporting timelines.
Facilitatethe preparation of sustainability reporting in line with internationalregulatory requirements and frameworks (e.g. CSRD SASB/ISSB GRI TCFDetc.).
Maintainaudit readiness through robust documentation and traceability of reported data.
Continuous Improvement & Best Practices
Monitoremerging sustainability reporting trends and regulatory changes acrossrelevant jurisdictions.
Identifyand implement efficiency improvements in sustainability-related processes andsystems.
Benchmarkperformance against industry standards and integrate best practices.

Key Competencies& Skills:
Strongunderstanding of sustainability reporting frameworks ( GRI TCFD etc.).
Abilityto execute on corporate goals through practical implementation.
Systemsthinking to design frameworks and lead integration withexistingmanagement systems.
Strongcommunication skills with the ability to engage with non-technical andtechnical stakeholders.
Changemanagement/Project management skills with proven experience in driving complexinitiates to drive innovation.
Abilityto manage multiple projects across different regions and work effectivelyacross departments and functions.
Strongreasoning and collaborative problem-solving skills.
Excellentanalytical skills with the ability to collect analyze and interpret dataensuring its accuracy.
Experiencemanaging sustainability data and reporting software/tools.

Experience &Qualifications:
Bachelorsdegree or higher in Sustainability Science Engineering Compliance orrelated areas.
Experiencein sustainability-related field with a minimum of 8 years.
Demonstratedtrack record of successfully implementing initiatives within an organization.
Experienceworking with diverse stakeholders including employees customers suppliersand communities.
Lean/SixSigma experience and knowledge desirable.
Familiaritywith relevant sustainability certifications and accreditations.
Knowledgeof relevant industry sector and sustainability challenges also desirable.

The Salary Range for this position is $97000 $166000. Actualsalary offered to candidate will depend on several factors including but notlimited to work location relevant candidates experience education andspecific knowledge skills and abilities.
