Job Overview

T-Mobiles Corporate Strategy & Analysis team is an internal consulting team that works with executive leaders from across the company. Leveraging deep problem solving skills the team delivers insights and helps leaders make critical strategic and operational decisions. This role owns workstreams on projects that tackle complex and ambiguous problems and drive transformational change (e.g. Sprint merger) create new businesses (e.g. Home Internet) and bring innovation to T-Mobiles customers (e.g. Binge On). A Corporate Strategy Manager structures analyses performs analyses and delivers insights to support those decisions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Structure analytical problems extracting and analyzing data and presenting findings.

• Build financial and other decision-making models.

• Synthesize recommendations and understand their impact on the business.

• Work with client organizations to build buy-in and drive change.

• Perform scenario and sensitivity analysis to enhance decision making across a range of options.

• Coordinate cross-functional activities such as analysis for CS&A input and message development.

• Perform a leading role on projects working closely with internal clients to understand key business issues and structure problem solving approaches.

• Construct executive level presentations and present complex analytical findings in clear concise and decision-impacting manner.

Education and Work Experience:

• Bachelors Degree plus 5 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 3 years of related experience (Required)

• Acceptable areas of study include Business (Finance Accounting Finance) Economics Statistics or other quantitative/ technical fields. (Required)

• 4-7 years Related Corporate Strategy experience. (Required)

• Less than 2 years Management consulting investment banking corporate strategy or other experience requiring quantitative analysis (Required)

• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity: $110630 - $199640

National Base Pay Range: $96200 - $173600

The Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity represents the expected total cash compensation for this role at target performance combining base salary and annual incentive opportunity. Actual earnings may be higher or lower depending on individual performance and overall company results.

The base pay range reflects the compensation component of this opportunity. The candidates actual pay will be based on various factors such as work location qualifications and experience so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. To find the pay range for this role based on hiring location T-Mobile employees in regular non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus based on their role. Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on individual and/or company performance and which is set at a percentage of the employees eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance. The incentive component included in the Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity reflects target performance. Actual earnings included in the Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity reflect target performance; actual payouts may vary.
