Corporate Security Officer, Lowell

Securitas Security Services is seeking professional and dependable Security Officers to support a premier corporate environment in Lowell MA. This is an opportunity to join a professional security team focused on delivering safe secure and welcoming experience for employees visitors and clients.

In this role youll serve as a visible security presence while providing excellent customer service and maintaining a high standard of professionalism.

Pay: $22.50 per hour

Schedule: Friday: 7am 3pm Saturday & Sunday 11pm-7am Monday & Tuesday 3pm-11pm

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional and visible security presence throughout the property
• Monitor building access and ensure only authorized individuals enter secured areas
• Conduct routine interior and exterior patrols
• Monitor CCTV alarm systems and other security technology
• Respond to security incidents emergencies and safety concerns
• Assist employees visitors and vendors with questions and access needs
• Enforce site-specific security policies procedures and access protocols
• Complete accurate daily activity and incident reports
• Identify and report safety hazards suspicious activity and maintenance concerns
• Support emergency response and evacuation procedures as needed
• Maintain a professional customer-focused approach at all times

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous security military law enforcement hospitality or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations
• Basic computer skills and ability to complete written reports
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Valid drivers license
