Description:

• The position provides overall coordination to and administrative support for the Legal & Corporate Secretary team of the company
• Provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support team which includes the preparation of documents often require multiple revisions and routing presentations letters travel meeting planning expense reports calendar management memberships and dues bar associations and CLE.
• Accuracy and efficiency in handling these expenses is extremely important because errors and delays could cause significant financial impact to the corporation and department.
• Assist and serve as backup in all aspects of arrangements for the companys meetings including document preparation coordination logistics agenda AV and dissemination of materials.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma; Bachelors preferred
• Minimum of three years in legal or equivalent experience in a law firm or corporate function.
