As a Corporate Recruiter youll play a critical role in shaping the future of our company by identifying attracting and hiring top talent across the organization. Youll serve as a trusted partner to hiring managers represent Ernest throughout the candidate experience and help ensure every new hire strengthens the collaborative high-performing culture weve worked hard to build.

Work Location

This position is primarily remote but is classified as a hybrid role. Candidates should reside within a reasonable commuting distance to our corporate office in Commerce CA to attend in-person training sessions and periodic office attendance as requested.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full-cycle recruiting process by sourcing screening interviewing and negotiating offers with qualified candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs provide recruiting guidance and ensure a positive hiring experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Partner with Human Resources to ensure a seamless transition from offer acceptance through the pre-employment process guiding candidates through background screening requirements while working collaboratively to meet the companys hiring objectives.
• Arrange and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
• Utilize social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and requisition activity within the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure a seamless recruiting process.
• Prepare maintain and regularly update recruiting reports and hiring metrics to support department objectives.
• Follow established recruiting processes procedures and documentation standards while ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout the hiring process.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors degree is preferred but relevant experience will be considered.
• Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Must be able to work independently and have excellent time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Pay range: 72 - 85k DOE
