Aligned Talent Acquisition is recruiting for a Corporate / Real Estate Associate Attorney to join a well-established law firm offering sophisticated transactional work with an excellent quality of life.

35 years of corporate and/or commercial real estate experience

Experience with business transactions M&A entity formation corporate governance and commercial contracts

Experience with commercial real estate acquisitions dispositions leasing development or financing

Strong drafting negotiation analytical and client-service skills

Ability to independently manage matters while collaborating with partners and clients

Licensed and in good standing with the applicable state bar

Only 1500 billable hours annually

$125000$130000 compensation for attorneys with 35 years of experience
