All analysts hiredintoReal Estate Banking will bepartof the C&IB Development Program.In addition to structured training within the line of business this program includes enterprise-wide and C&IB-specific classroom training that is both soft-skill and technical.
Career paths after the program include butare not limitedto Relationship Management and Underwriting roles.PNC Real Estate Banking Relationship Managers focus on growing andmaintainingclient relationships with commercial real estate companies.PNC Real Estate Banking Underwriters focus primarily on production and portfolio underwriting functions related to the current portfolio and new businessopportunities.
Incominganalysts are initially hired into and trainfor up to24 monthsinone of our PNC RealEstate marketsincluding but not limited to: Atlanta GA; Boca Raton FL;Chicago IL; Cincinnati OH; orDenver CO.
Placementafter the trainingportionofthe programcould be throughout the United Statesincludingbut not limited tothe trainingmarketspreviously listed.

Participates as an analyst/associate in theline of businessdevelopment program.
Performs orassiststhe core activities of the group by applying knowledge learned to drive business results (e.g.deal sales process support internal or external customer interaction or supporting internal projects).Works under supervision and may have limited approval and/or exception authority.
Participates in social learning within the organization (e.g.identifiesand networks with business representatives and peersparticipatesin mentoring jobshadowingand community outreach).
Participates in formal learning (e.g.classroom web-basedor virtual) and completes related activities and projects.
Supports the internal and external customer experience byproviding excellent service at all times; takes accountability and ensures problem resolution.
Required Education and Experience:
Preferred business relevant majors (e.g. RealEstateFinance Accounting IT Economics Marketing Math Statistics HR Management Communications Business Law Psychology Logistics Engineering Computer Science Actuarial Sciences).
MinimumGPA 3.2.
