Corporate Counsel Expert Remote

We are seeking experienced Corporate Counsels with strong in-house experience in technology transactions. You will apply your expertise in contract drafting negotiation redlining and playbook development to review and evaluate AI-generated legal content.

No prior AI experience is required.

• Perform contract drafting redlining and simulated negotiations.

• Review MSAs NDAs DPAs and other technology agreements.

• Evaluate AI-generated contract analysis and provide expert feedback.

• Develop playbooks evaluation frameworks and grading criteria for contract tasks.

• Identify legal risks inconsistencies and areas for improvement.

• Collaborate with legal product and research teams remotely.

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.

• Active bar admission in at least one US jurisdiction.

• 3 years of in-house experience focused on technology transactions.

• Strong experience negotiating MSAs NDAs DPAs and related commercial agreements.

• Excellent contract drafting redlining negotiation and communication skills.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Experience with AI legal technology or legal content evaluation.

• Corporate law firm experience in M&A or private equity fund formation.

• Experience developing legal playbooks or review frameworks.
