Job Overview
We are seeking experienced Corporate Attorneys to contribute legal expertise to an innovative AI-focused project. You will review legal documents conduct legal analysis and evaluate AI-generated legal content.
No prior AI experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze M&A private equity capital markets and corporate legal documents.
- Analyze commercial litigation scenarios and provide legal insights.
- Draft and review contracts agreements and corporate governance materials.
- Evaluate legal content for accuracy clarity and completeness.
- Provide expert feedback and support quality assurance.
- Collaborate with remote multidisciplinary teams.
Required Qualifications
- JD from an accredited US law school and active US bar admission.
- Experience as a Corporate Attorney at a leading US law firm preferred.
- Strong expertise in M&A corporate law private equity capital markets and commercial litigation.
- Excellent legal research drafting and analytical skills.
- Strong written communication and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with legal technology document review or legal content evaluation.
- Familiarity with quality assurance or rubric-based legal review.
