Corporate Attorney Remote

We are seeking experienced Corporate Attorneys to contribute legal expertise to an innovative AI-focused project. You will review legal documents conduct legal analysis and evaluate AI-generated legal content.

No prior AI experience is required.

• Review and analyze M&A private equity capital markets and corporate legal documents.
• Analyze commercial litigation scenarios and provide legal insights.
• Draft and review contracts agreements and corporate governance materials.
• Evaluate legal content for accuracy clarity and completeness.
• Provide expert feedback and support quality assurance.
• Collaborate with remote multidisciplinary teams.

• JD from an accredited US law school and active US bar admission.
• Experience as a Corporate Attorney at a leading US law firm preferred.
• Strong expertise in M&A corporate law private equity capital markets and commercial litigation.
• Excellent legal research drafting and analytical skills.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Experience with legal technology document review or legal content evaluation.
• Familiarity with quality assurance or rubric-based legal review.
