The Corporate Associate will play a key role in a dynamic transactional practice with responsibilities including:
Managing M&A and disposition transactions across the full deal lifecycle
Drafting and negotiating purchase agreements and commercial contracts
Advising on corporate structuring governance and compliance matters
Conducting due diligence and identifying legal and financial risks
Serving as a key client contact throughout transactions
Supporting complex financing and restructuring matters as needed
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
Active U.S. bar admission or ability to obtain admission in a relevant jurisdiction
Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate or transactional law
Strong analytical problem-solving and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with private equity or venture capital clients
Exposure to financing structures or cross-border transactions
Ability to manage matters independently while collaborating with a broader team
Strong communication and client management skills
