- Manage and execute the Positive Hold and Release program to ensure ingredients and finished products meet established food safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate analytical testing of raw materials and finished products for chemical physical and microbiological properties.
- Maintain testing schedules monitor laboratory lead times and track the progress of internal and external analyses.
- Review and interpret analytical test results against product specifications and quality requirements.
- Communicate testing results product disposition decisions and compliance-related information across departments.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding testing status quality documentation and analysis timelines.
- A minimum of one year of applicable quality compliance laboratory or food manufacturing experience.
- Experience within agriculture food manufacturing dietary supplements quality assurance or related industries preferred.
- Strong analytical thinking critical problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills.
- Excellent organizational prioritization and time-management abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word Excel PowerPoint Project and Outlook with the ability to quickly learn new systems and software.

- Exposure to laboratory testing product specification management and quality systems within a growing manufacturing organization.
